Please feel free to post about a mod announcement, a mod in-progress, a potential mod contest, mod news, new tips and tricks you managed to accomplish with the Modkit, so on and so forth.
We will be adding links to good beginning mods, information on creating your own mods, and tutorials on how to mod very quickly after release! Any and all posts are welcome on this topic, especially in the early days of this game's modding lifespan. I guess I'm off to see if I can find the mod and see what it is.Witcher3Mods is a subreddit centered around the modding community of the newly-released title from CD Projekt Red, Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. I'm baffled as to how this thing showed up in my error messages as causing the error when it's not a mod I ever put on my game to begin with. I'm now wondering, should I go hunt down this mod, find out what it is and add it to my game in hopes that the game stops giving me this error? Rolling back to 1.31 does not fix the problem, I still get the same error, telling me it can't load the game because it can't find the debug console enabler. It's something the 1.32 patch added to the game. Thing is, it's NOT a mod I added to the game. I found this thread after the 1.32 patch because I'm searching for how to turn off the debug console, which was added to my game by the patch and my game will not load now because it hangs in loading trying to find a debug console enabler (according to the error message I'm getting)Įverything I'm finding, says it's a mod you had to add to the game and to follow the instructions of the mod to delete it. Not a console junky by heart (own consoles) but getting that trophy.♥♥♥♥♥♥ I earned it.
Though the biggest problem for me is the achievements, not playing till its fixed. The mod will be fixed in due time and we all shall be happy again. Never did I say they blame folks for the problems because they have enabled or used the console!! I feel you got what she said and what I assumed mixed up! More or less she was issueing a warning but at the same time applying I was using the console to for misheive deeds. I guess there are some thing they will never get. Just makes it that much dumber for the devs simply not to do it themselves. Well, it won't be long until someone figures out how to enable it again for 1.07. Yet their argument is that most of our problems stem from using that very console? That's incredible. You'd think since they left it in the game, it must be used for testing purposes still. Quite often they will either be deactivated upon release or removed altogether. Originally posted by BuzzardBee:Generally debug consoles, as the name would suggest, are put into games for testing purposes. Was about to reply to explain I use it only for hiding the hud during screenshots, and moving detaching the camera for that perfect shot, but decided not worth it.įrom what I gathered and assuming, they removed it to prevent people from causing their own problems by using the console and then flooding the forums and emails. She immeaditaly assumed I was teleporting around and summoning items in her reply. Also I know there will be a next gen patch in a couple months. I haven’t read the books but damn this game is good.
Mentioned the two mods I had active, weight mod and dev console. The story telling and side quests really put into shame the other content like the Witcher series. Submitted a game save to a dev laste month for a quest bug. Why leave the codes in and not remove them and then decide not to enable them for the players? It would make sense for the devs to just enable it so that with each new update/patch we wouldn't need to go through this each time. Seriously, why can't CDPR just enable the stupid console to begin with? The enabler adds nothing that is not already in the game itself.
Someone in the comments uploaded a limited version that works with 1.07 until we get a fully update version. It also introduces elements pulled straight from Watch Dogs and Back to the Future. The modpack fixes teleporting police, car driving and the UI, among other things.
Youtuber Tyler McVicker created a multi-page guide recommending the best mods to make Cyberpunk 2077 much more enjoyable. Take a look at the Debug Console updated page on the Nexus. Cyberpunk 2077 Mod Pack Makes the Game Work Like a Dream. You don't need the plugins folder either if you don't have anything else in it.
